Returns

Equicentric Ltd are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on goods in perfect condition and with original packaging if returned within 14 days to:

Please make sure to include your full contact details and receipt with the return.

Refunds will be made using your original payment method. If you wish to exchange the item (e.g. for a different size), either pop a note in with the return or give us a call to arrange.

Unless your return is due to a faulty item, you are responsible for the cost of returning an item for refund or exchange. We strongly recommend that you obtain a proof of posting as Equicentric Ltd cannot be held responsible for any returned goods until they arrive on our premises.

If the item you are returning is faulty please write a short note describing the fault.
